We are Josh Cooper and Justin Lemaster, co-owners of Capital Edge Property Management. We've been in the property management and the real estate industry since 2007, with experience in everything from single family homes, to multi-family apartment complexes. We formed our company to specialize and concentrate strictly in property management, and to help best serve the central Ohio investment community. We're proud of our business history in Columbus, Ohio and our deep knowledge of the local market that we share with our investor clients.

Meet the Co-Owners
Josh Cooper
First and foremost, I'm a father to a beautiful daughter, who is my joy and world. As a lifelong resident of Ohio, I enjoy helping people buy, sell, build, invest in, and grow their wealth through residential and commercial real estate. I obtained my real estate salesperson license in 2009, and in 2022, became a licensed real estate broker.

Justin Lemaster
Justin is an experienced property manager and co-owner of Capital Edge Property Management LLC, with a background in the industry that dates back to 2007. His expertise encompasses all areas of property management, and he is recognized for his strong work ethic and commitment to his clients' assets. Since becoming a licensed agent in 2015, he has focused on investment properties and portfolio acquisitions for both local and out-of-state investors, to date Justin has closed over $10 million in sales.
In addition to his role at Capital Edge Property Management LLC, Justin Lemaster is the owner of Central Ohio Investment Specialists LLC. This company provides full-service maintenance and market-ready services specifically designed for the needs of both investors and private clients in Central Ohio. Central Ohio Investment Specialists provides direct services with Capital Edge Property Management to ensure a seamless transition for vacant properties into a complete market-ready condition, exceeding industry standards and deliver a stress-free experience for clients.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Justin values spending quality time with his family, enjoys coaching his son's sports teams, and has a deep passion for outdoor activities.
